Thanks to all who have given advise in the past, I truly appreciate it. Just completed the final steps on the packet and was wondering if anyone knew of units that are hiring? I don't want to limit myself to just fighter units but that is what I'm leaning toward. Here are some of my stats:
AFOQT 89
PCSM 84
GPA 3.3
Flight 2000hr
BS in Aviation Flight Science
I know my PCSM could be better but I missed up on the orientation part, super tired from a 14hr duty day then a 3hr drive to the testing center. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

I just checked out the ANG website for unit vac and see about 6 different units hiring for fighters, is there more that just don't advertise much? I live in NY right now for work and was thinking SYR with the 16, Ive been working a little bit with the E-recruiter on some paper worker but now its time to start really showing my face with my packet! I hear different things about how to go about this from: make yourself a common face and show a lot of interest to show up and keep your mouth shut tell spoken to. Any hints and were are you based?

The above link is to the AFA's Air Force Almanac from 2006. It lists ALL USAF installations and might give you a better idea of what's where but it also has a lot extra stuff.
