I have looked at them and actually interviewed for a different position prior to attending flight training. They did not seem very military friendly. They pretty much offered me the job that I interviewed for until I said I was military. Not even a phone call after that. Maybe they are different with their pilots.

If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time pursuing regionals at all. Bum in the reserves, budget for that. Get your upgrade and try to get long term orders after your new-guy orders run out.
