Short answer-No

You will never again build a C-13o if you fly Js. You have GREEN, YELLOW & RED arcs on the displays for a reason. The downside is the sim is no longer a comprehensive systems refresher.

The checklist is a flow like the airlines...i've been airborne in 12 min from walking out to TO on a XC with two good LM.

I've never done a J ops limits sheet. The only limits you need to remember are primarily the airspeed limits, but all the systems are pretty much monitored by ACAWS. As previously mentioned, if it's green (or white), you're good.
