ATP class for mil guys
I know there are a lot of ATP options out there, but a fellow Eagle driver (Mudhen...E model!) driver and former squadron commander has a school set up strictly for ex-mil guys to slide through and get their ATPs. Mil2ATP in Goldsboro NC has a program that gets your sim/academics provided by Delta Air Lines, then the ATP at GWW airport. We get a lot questions about "how" and "where" from folks wanting to transition, and I initially had a good feeling about the operation. Early this week I flew up in my Navion to look for myself (I'm stateside a few weeks). I was impressed with the Senecas, the set up, and even met one of the DPEs who commuted in on her C-170. Two folks got their ATPs while I was there, so I got to meet a pretty fired up C-17 bubba and F-15E guy who got their new tickets while I was there.
The interesting angle that I thought made this a good deal for many is that Delta is scoring the applicant's application and providing feedback to the folks who do this course. The time in ATL in the sim and classroom and that service make this a great option for those wanting to work for Delta.
The program isn't for everyone, and is set up for military pilots only. I started Emerald Coast to help military guys understand the interview gig. It obviously grew well beyond that, but I am impressed when I find those guys who find a way to help make these transitions easier. The guys at Sheppard Air leap to mind, and even my own daughter has used their products as she's gotten her various ratings. I think Mil2ATP is filling a similar void, and is probably worth a look if you are one of the folks trying to make the transition to the airlines...

Cobra Kai Flight Academy in Wichita Falls TX (near Sheppard AFB) still has a few slots open as well. Great program run by prior Sheppard AFB IPs, and they have a sim as a low cost option for anyone who wants or needs a little more seat time before their checkride. They have 3 Barons and they're flying the heck out of them trying to get everyone done before the old-rule written tests expire.

Its business. When you buy a lot of sim time, folks are nice to you. Pan Am was great to me back when we had the FedEx DC-10 sim prep course. I'm sure Mil2ATP is making Delta happy with their business.
I just look at it as a substitute for the job fairs if Delta is your goal. Knock several birds out with one stone...

I did the 737NG with ATP Jets (formerly Higher Power Aviation) in Dallas. Great folks. I also used my GI Bill and they knew exactly what I needed to do for that paperwork-wise. They mostly use AA sims at DFW FWIW. Most of the instructors are retired from SWA and really knew the airplane.
The sim times were pretty rough tho.
