Here is a moderately interesting read. Reminds me of an article I read which said "there was once a time when owning a Mercedes was a sign of class .... not anymore!"

Note that the person profiled here has a net worth of 7 figures, not that she has a million in liquid assets (i.e., cash). With the rise in real estate, it has been relatively easy for many folks to be millionaires, at least on paper. However, it doesn't change the age-old advice of saving something every month, live within your means, and do good in the short time you are here on earth.
