Do look into aviation exclussions on your policy, especially if you still fly general aviation. I went with these guys: http://www.piclife.com/

SGLI provides a large chunk of change for small premiums, and there are NO exclusions whatsoever...it covers any concievable circumstance, on or off duty, any time, any place. Unless you have kids, you may not need more than $400K.
