Interesting. I've got a friend in Arlington building a remod right now. He will have about 1 mil. invested when he's done. I hope he can get out before it is too late.

According to your article, some costal housing markets are in trouble. Ill wind for the whole economy? I don't think so. Buy a Wall Street Journal subscription and read this article:
