The XL fleet as it ages is getting less reliable, lots of AOG , resulting in easy tours but no IBB love, a lot of guys are bailing to to the Lat, and 350 for this reason, more reliable ,more lucrative jets. Cheers.

Where does the upcoming Longitude fit in this? Separate fleet entirely or will it share Latitude Pilots with its common cockpit? Thought the first Longitudes were expected end of 2019.

I presume it will pay the same as the CL350 (same category).

All fleets pay the same until year 15. Then the small and mid-size aircraft get a bonus while the Large cabin gets a annual pay bump through year 17.

Think again.... my last 4 years at NJA could have been driving an Uber in New Jersey suburbs, eating Dunkin for dinner every night.
