And for the owners, with highest ever satisfaction rating. And for the pilots, making more money than they ever have at NJA.

The history would show the literally don't need pilots to grow. Productivity is through the roof so they just buy airplanes to fly more rich people around with the same amount of pilots. That is not growth that benefits the pilot group.
But you know better... flying your A320 for XYZ. 🤓 |

NetJets works for many. It has changed throughout the years, some good, some bad. Like everywhere.
How many of us would not work if we could? How many of us experience BS at our jobs? We pick what BS we are willing to tolerate. All of the companies we work for are dysfunctional, at times a real pain. NJA is a different company than 121. I’m glad I had the experience of working there. This nonsense about which company is better...I would retire tomorrow if I could. We all deal with BS. The BS smells a bit different depending on where we work and what management is up to, but it’s still BS. Whether it is a Phenom or a B747, I bet most of us find our living room couches more satisfying. |

Airframes does nothing for your seniority homeboy. More airframes on property but no pilot hiring above covering for attrition so you still won’t get you Christmas off.
Your opinion while working for an airline. Uniformed. Christmas is actually not a big demand day. It’s pretty normal demand up until after Christmas leading up to NewYears. For the rest following along, hiring will be picking up in 2020 as maximum efficiencies for the existing pilot force have been realized. |
Okay simple as this.
Let’s start a wager, I say NJA nets15 total pilot positions in 2020. I’m willing to put in 100 bucks into the pot. Anyone want to bet me they net more than 15? I’ll throw in 2:1 odds I’ll post the total pilots on property on Jan 1,2020 and on Dec 31, 2020 I shall post the number. |
NETJETS fires one of its first string APC cheerleaders? .... wow.
