How do you submit a recommendation letter? NJA should have received my application package last week and since then was able to get a LOR. I haven't heard anything back from them yet and wondered if I need to wait until I receive an email stating that they have my stuff.

They figure you can fly a plane .. so the phone interview is looking for personality. I am still waiting to here one way or the other.
