We got SWA -15%...if you work the 19 day schedule (company can make certain months 21 days too). Working a schedule comparable to SWA its more like SWA -40%.

SWA-15%? Try SWA-45%. 5 year FO at SWA makes 150,000. 5 Year FO on 7/7 makes 68,000.

Just spoke with a Netjets XL Captain this morning in the van and he said he has his apps out with the Legacies, SWA, JB, Spirit and Frontier and will take the first one offered.

Even going back to instruct at Lufthansa again looks good (it was a good job, just didn't pay enough for a family of 4 at the time). Had enough. A closed corporate dept, 2 bankrupt airlines, and now NJA.

It in no way matters what the client can afford. It only matters whether you are cost competitive with your peers. And Netjets' peers are not Southwest or Delta, no matter how much the operation looks like an airline. Their peers are Flexjet, JetSuite, and local charter operators.
