Not much information about them around the forums...
What's the hiring situation look like? QOL? Pay? Schedules? Bases? Equipment assignments for new hires? How long is reserve? Are they firm on their minimums? Do they have a training contract?
Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if they are hiring at the moment....recent classes were put on hold.
QOL....not sure, don't work there. It is not too bad from what I hear, although they just voted ALPA on property.
Pay....I think its $19/hr for the first 90 days then $21/hour.
Schedules...5/2, 4/3, 3/4.
CLE used to be the sole base, but they just opened EWR where the newhires will go.
Equipment...hmmm..since they only have one type....DHC-8.
Reserve....not sure.
Mins.....I think they were 300/50 when I interviewed. Probably pretty firm now with the job market being what it is.
Contract....no.
Seems like a nice place to work, very friendly people, small pilot group.
