Sorry to hear that.... Any reason why you'd bother with such a small displacement especially with 2 fleet types?

Ouch, I could of swore I read on your company website the other day that you were accepting apps, at 1000/100. My prayers that no furoughs come for you guys...were all looking for that telltale sign that somthing is making a turn in the other direction...

I thought they had completely switched to the dh-8-200, and no more 1900's were left? I could be mistaken

All Beechs are gone. It is all DCH-8-200's now. Could the downgrades be part of a negotiation strategy? Who knows.

Wasn't aware it's all Dash now..... I'd say it's nice that at least you all have a FA for the door/briefs but it'd be better to keep your own job..... Good luck all, been furloughed before and am dangerously close to a downgrade myself....

Whats the DOH on the downgrades?? Is the company really still upset about whole union thing?? Tell them to go pound sand, on the union issue. ha..

So is this due to a surplus of captains? not enough FO's? or the company losing too much by paying captains? or a mixture of all? or...?

Alright, so not exactly complete downgrades. They are taking the bottom 4 Capt's and making them CQF's. We are apparently short FO's and the company feels this is a solution to the problem. Again, could be a negotiating tactic.
