Well guys it's been fun but I'm out! Flying out of CLE was a lot of fun. I'm already missing the Beech! I'm not going to say anything negative about this place, hopefully one day management will get it and realize that Silver could be a much better place, however Silver is exactly what it is, a stepping stone with a few lifers, LOL.

An interesting point is the simulator requirement is for aircraft with a gross weight of more than 40,000 lbs. Even if airlines decide to foot the bill for this training just to take a written test, Silver doesn't fly aircraft or simulators with this gross weight.

I was curious how the Silver training department is gearing up for this requirement. I don't know if it is fair to say or not fair to say that Silver is uniquely placed in this predicament?
