Default 2017 W2 for turbo prop air med flying

I'm just starting air med flying and was wondering what is possible in this field? Kingair or similar equipment, what does your 2017 W2 look like?

The pilots at our base have W2's that are much higher than the companies pay scale. I know there are some "kickers" for distressed locations, ect. I didn't think it was polite to ask but several volunteered and where slightly over 100k. To be honest, I don't know precisely what I will bring in.

I started medevac 12 years ago at 36K flying a C-414.

Last year of medevac flying, 2015 I did minimum duty days per month and was at 85K in a King Air 90.

100K is doable at the right company. A friend of mine was in a business jet, I don't remember what it was, medevac and was at 125K for the 2106 year.

I was out when it was required to dress like a plumbers assistant to fly the plane.

I hope you are not at the local company here in the southwest. They pay well but they have to if they want to attract pilots. Lots of pilot turnover.

I did about 70k my first year with zero work overs. Most of my extra pay came from traveling for training.

Thanks for the input. Madmax I have to correct you on one point....our local plumbers dress more professional than our flight crew.

I see stretched, saggy but flight suits! Surely the union can fix this! Wait, we have no union.
