Default BellAir?

Does anybody know anything about Bellair? I cannot find anything on the interwebs but their website. I'm looking for any information that I can get beyond what's on the postcard that they keep mailing me.
Thanks!

They seem to be in need of pilots, looks like a great schedule with pay, I just wonder how well the planes are kept and what the attrition rate is for pilots. I’ve had a couple phone calls with them head hunting me.

Heard the turnover there is unreal and the planes are always broke. Met one of the pilots at the FBO who was inquiring about our company. To me that’s one persons biased view. Sounds like a lot of the companies out there.

I flew there as an FO and enjoyed my time there. As a growing 135 there were of course growing pains, but they've always done me well. I felt the pay and bonuses were fair for the job I did and even greater than fair at times (such as the extra pay for flying more than a set amount of hours on a rotation). I only left due to the 8 days away at a time being too much on my family for one chunk at a time. I looked for something that would get me home sooner. As for MX, the planes when I were there were older and of course that came with the typical aging fleet issues, but NEVER did we fly anything unsafe or pressured to fly anything unsafe. We got paid regardless if the plane was down or not for MX. I would still be there flying if it didn't have the 8 days gone on rotation schedule.

Default Look somewhere else

Aging fleet that were not always kept to the standard. The planes were in bad shape and were less reliable. The company's crewing policy resulted in duty times being close to maximum much more often than is safe. Most people were nice, but there were many arrogant rude people too. Nothing good to talk about this company's culture other than you get paid mostly on time.
