Just curious as a former Hageland type, how the merger is working out? Has Hageland ceased to exist? Are the airplanes being repainted, anything like that? Who (Frontier/Hageland) is doing the hiring up there now?

They are not transfering assets or stock just sharing gates and routes. I think that Frontier is doing the books though which could be bad there is a old saying in acct. who does is in control.

I think it may end up being a mistake. They took two smaller disorganized companies and made one big disorganized company that operates in a state that’s half the size of the lower 48. Only time will tell.

My understanding is that Frontier is handling all of the 1900s and Hageland is running the Navajos and Caravans.
