JetSuite vs. Airlines?
Best route to JetSuite? College is a must for me. Any out of college deals to JetSuite?
Is JetSuite a good start to a charter deal or fractional deal later? Like Swift Air Boeing 737-400s or NetJets or FlexJet?
Which airframe/base are new hires getting? Phenom 100 mostly?
Hotel/rental car paid on overnights?
ATP paid for? No R-ATP?
First Officer to Captain upgrade?
Career progression is quick?

Good friend is currently looking into applying. Questions:
1. What's the mix of Phenom vs. E135 slots for West Coast new hires these days? What determines which fleet you are allocated to - just need or is it experienced based?
2. What are the current West Coast pilot bases for both the Phenom and E135? I assume the E135 has fewer base options.
3. What is the first year FO salary and does it differ between the Phenom and the E135?
4. What are upgrade times looking like these days?
5. Lastly, how soon before we see Phenom 300s and will they replace both West Coast Phenom 100s and East Coast based CJ3s?

Hey guys I have been given the word that we will be interviewing in March (TBD) for Phenom 100 spots. Mins are 1500TT with ATP (Preferred) and some turbine time. We are home / gateway based and are 8/6 schedule (other options will be available soon, 5/5, 7/7 etc....). Pay is $225 a day for FO and $400 a day for captains. A new pay scale is being implented along with other new incentives, stay tuned for more.
