No there is no ramp tower. The entire area where AirNet, UPS, Lane aviation and "the terminal" is located is a non movement area.

What year and a half contract?? Its only one year. Pretty much anywhere you go, you are probably gonna sign some kind of contract. How do you think a company helps protect their investment in you and all training costs involved? 1 year of your life to get some great experience is not a lot of time.

well id be doing the sic program so the one year doesnt start until i hit 1200 hours.. im liking the multi pic i get from instructing right now and i dont really prefer to be flying night shifts all week long but who knows maybe i would like it once i got into it,,

If you do not want to fly nights, Airnet is not for you.

What kind of nav equipment do Airnet's planes have? HSI, GPS? Dual VOR's?

Out of all prop aircraft (barons, navajos, caravans) 97% have HSI, I think theres like 1 or 2 barons that don't, 95% have GPS (theres about 4 different kinds of GPS) and all have dual VOR's. Remember these aircraft were acuired over many years from different operators so however they were equiped, its how they are.
