Very old info, so please do your own investigating. Back in 2001 I instructed across the field from them. I had 1100 hours with a couple hundred Multi and and MEI with some decent Piper time so I got a chance to chat with the guy that was sorta the CP/DO combined (keeping in mind they were a part 91 operator, so who knows the exact term). The good at the time was they paid 35-40K for a Chieftain driver; the bad was the guy was a complete prick. Gave me this long haranguing speech about we were expected to go every night no matter what, part 91 meant we always launched and always landed, etc... and I'd be fired if I couldn't get in somewhere and the next guy could.
BUY had only a LOC and GPS approach with approximately 400' bases, and we'd see the guys land outta WOXOF a lot... They are part 91 so it was legal, (after all flight not ground visibility rules the day even in 135 land...) but I took that knowlege combined with some caveats from one of their previous mechanics and decided I valued my certs and life a bit more than that. Again this is several years old but may be worth checking who the current CP is and how long he's been around.

These guys do some of their own flying but contract out whatever they can't do themselves. Expect to get what you pay for. Part 91 operations with time critical lab specimans. You do the math. Hard to turn down though if you don't have a job or are low time. Lab One/Quest runs with the PC-12's and TBM's and operates under 91 as well. I saw they put up a posting for a couple of pilots the other day. Good Luck
