Anybody heard of Linear Air (Harpoon) based out of KBED (Bedford, MA) I looked on their website and they're accepting applications but no minimums stood out. They also fly Eclipse Jets so seeing what reicently happened to DayJet, are they even going to be around in 6 months a year?

They have some pilots on furlough right now. I think they are trying to back out of the eclipse program since it is a sinking ship. Don't work there myself but using the search function on this forum should give you more answers.

Not hiring, I used to work for them before coming to comair. They have shut down HEF and HPN, and might sell off there eclispe jet. I Don't know if they will survive to see the summer. But I hope they do. When I was there pay for caravan capt was $36k. I Hope they make it.

Linear Air is a good company. However, the Eclipse Jet program killed them in '08 and so did an over-zealous CEO who albeit a great guy, can't run an airline...and we all know, MBA's can't run airlines no matter if they're pilots or not...they had some "amazing" expansion plans which called for 350+ Eclipse Jets at 30+ bases around the country by 2010......obviously, that's not gonna happen. Employee attrition was at an all-time high in '07 and '08...not sure how many people they're hanging onto. I'd wait to throw my hat in the ring until it stabilizes a bit...
