I have a buddy who works at Airpac and have friends who have worked for them in the past. They require at least 100 hours of multi, but if you get in you'll get decent flight time in IFR weather. Both pretty good things to have.

I applied to Airpac a month ago with 1500 tt and 1250 multi....never heard a word from them. Talked to someone who used to work there. He called the chief pilot for me and he said they are not looking for anyone right now even though they say they are on the website. Same with AeroFlight out of BFI.

Yeah, I am originally from there but moved away for my work. I would like nothing else then to get back but there just isnt anything there right now. You really got to get out of the Seattle area if you can to find work right now. What kind of hours and experience do you have? I might be able to supply you with a few names of people that might be looking for lower time guys if that is what your case is.
