I'll try and answer a few based on what I know from my friend who works there. Anyone actually at WCC, or who knows differently can gladly correct.

-Pay for the King Airs is approximately 60 for captains and mid 30s for FOs. On the jets he said its higher, but the positions are more limited and generally not open to off the street hires.
-The requirements are hazy, as there are a few people hired within the company that are sons of plane owners/company owners. Other pilots he said have had a wide ranging background with little 121/135 experience and 1000+ a few years back to ATP's from other companies that shut down
-From my knowledge he works 5 & 6 on with 2 or 3 off.
-He mentioned business is picking up considerably since last year, he has been flying roughly 50-60 hours a month and they've had a few people leave to go back to airlines where they were furloughed from. As for as hiring, I know he mentioned the need for a few contract FO's a month ago, but not sure if they have been filled. He did mention they are not considering anyone full time as of yet due to the cautious nature of growth they're seeing.
-His QOL is high, enjoys living in Socal, trips are nice, usually going to mexico, the bay area, vegas and sometimes further northwest. Nice accomodations and time to kick back when on the overnight (and the pictures to prove it)

Hope this helps and if any information is erroneous, I apologize and will edit the post if corrected.
