thats the whole problem there are very few jobs. Not only that when hiring picks up he may be locked into some training contract.... I say stick it out instructing until the early spring unless hiring breaks open sooner . Keep in mind Vegas has been hit financially worse than all other cities .

Well, currently teaching in Korea and will be headed to vegas next year so hopefully things will be looking up. There will be a pilot shortage within the next ten years, just not sure how long to hold out.

What part in Korea? I got a little 172 time out of Osan, myself. Always a conversation starter when people go through my first logbook.
As far as the "pilot shortage" I wouldn't hold my breath.

I've been hearing about the "pilot shortage" for over a decade...

Lots of ways to solve it without benefitting me unfortunately...
