Default part 135 jumpseat privileges

Last week one of our pilot's heard SouthWest asking ATC @ Hobby which cargo operators flew direct San Antonio.
Now we've had a SW pilot and stew catching rides on GTA Barons & Cessna 402s. We,on the other hand, don't seem to have a reciprocal agreement with anyone but Paragon.
Is there a website of who to contact?

No idea, I've heard of a SWA capt catching a ride out of MDW to somewhere south in an Airnet Lear before. The Lear crew asked if they could pick him up at the gate on their taxi out!!! Talk about service!

I know that some 135 operators can jumpseat on 121 carriers but I have not heard of the opposite.

Default SWA Jumpseating

Ameriflight has an official reciprocal jumpseat agreement with Southwest Airlines (SWA). Ameriflight is a participant in CASS, which allows AMF flight crew members cockpit jumpseat privileges aboard SWA. In turn, SWA pilots are allowed to jumpseat on all AMF aircraft.

Default AirNet Jumpseat

AirNet has a very active jumpseat program. We have reciprocal agreements with almost all the regionals and several majors/Nationals. We are also as CASS participant. The Lear's have two jumpseats and the props all have one. We starcheckers are always more than willing to get somebody home after a late flight!

Was talking to another 135 pilot today who thought that even though you are not CASS approved, Southwest still allows Part 135 pilots to ride along even if they do not have any jumpseat agreements.

Does anyone know if thats true?

My company allows jumpseaters and we recently got approved by Southwest to be able to ride on their flights.

Cape Air has just as many reciprocal jumpseat agreements as my previous 121 airline. CASS, too. Lots of commuters use our flights to get around...the more the merrier!

The last 2 companies I worked for pretty much had a open jumpseat policy, meaning if you worked for a 135 or 121 company we could let you on.

Yeah but at the last two jobs you had the bestest most awesomest bosses ever and would allow any one and every one on the flight if there was an open seat. As is should be with all airlines as a Professional courtesy as long as there is an extra seat. Now I get if the captain does not like Airline XYZ fair enough but when its left to the gate agents who have less than a GED.....
