I've got a sense of the going pilot pay rates for the bigger bush operators, but don't know much about the Fairbanks and Anchorage little guys. Can anybody help me out with pay rates (daily, annually, etc) for any of these: 207s, 208s, DHC2s, Navajos, Skyvans, CASAs, KingAirs, B-1900s, DC-3s, etc.

Ryan a few years ago was around 43/ hour for 207 starting out and hageland was 200/day for first 3 months then 220/day after plus a bonus if you break 60 hours in 15 days. Could have changed but probably not by much

Just to update on Yute after speaking with a friend up there, they now start at 55-60/hour depending on experience. Sounds like you can break 6 figures a year after a few years, flying a 207 for the only good 207 operator in Bethel.

Only after about 7 years of flying there and timing out at 1400 hours a year could you break 6 figures.
