It´s my understanding that they posted that job while already interviewing solid candidates. Take a look at Seven Bar. A friend of mine works for a company called First Flight and theyre looking for a C90 pilot out of Palestine.

When I was looking into them about a year ago I believe it was 40K for a first officer. At the time they preferred someone with KA experience. Not sure if that's the case anymore.

Just saw an ad on the orange site for a Citation Bravo / King Air first officer at 7bar. That salary quoted above sounds about right.

Yes, most part 135 operators require a second pilot as part of the operation requirements... sometimes for insurance, sometimes a customer requirement.
