8 on, 6 off here at Xojet. Would rather a 7/7 like at netjets but i am not hanging around for a 10 year upgrade there. Work phone goes off for my 6 days off.

8/6 schedule here at Jetsuite. Phone is turned off from work for those 6 days. Every other weekend off.

with regards to the hard days off im not getting a clear answer from the person who is the lead , a little beating around the bush. wouldnt having a 3 pilot schedule be the reason for having quality time off ?
