Starting pay captains $400 a day
FO $225 a day. Average days between 16-19 a month. We get aircraft 6 next in two weeks and then 7-10 in order down the road. I'm actually switching to the X side in March, which I'm excited about.

Do you get to keep your seniority when you switch to the JSX? For bid to upgrade and stuff like that?

Yeah the NPR scores are doing well and the on time performance matrix is good as well. Yes we have a master seniority list, which is nice.

Yeah, most people would have been looking for an answer from DH. So it was sort of camouflaged. Also, you must be pretty patient to wait as many months as you did. :)

Just put in an application for X - FO position. Any new updates about current state there?

Hiring in droves for FO’s. Pay is still the same and there is a bonus for new hires, 30k I think. It’s still not a bad place to get good jet time, flying with awesome crews.
