Was hired last month as an FO, waiting on training right now. Last I heard the FO pay for a sub-1500hr pilot was down to $150/day (from a current pilot at JSX). Any truth to that?

The pay rate for FOs depends upon the amount of flight time you come in with.
0-500 hours = $150 a Day
500-1000 hours = $160 a Day

Hope you don’t live in the LA area on that pay... That is ridiculously LOW to fly a jet! I guess no reason to stay after 1500 hours.

There's also a $50 per-diem on top of that. Most of the time you get a crew meal as well so you don't really touch the per-diem much.
