Just to compare, PIC at my PC12 shop is $600 or $800, depending if it's high or low season.

It is definitely low for the industry on PIC side.

There's a reason I only picked up like, one extra day while I was at Boutique. The day off pay was a joke.

Actually, (as of two months ago) if you flew more than the minimum guarantee, the day off pay was only 100.
The attitude of management is that they are doing you a favor to “let” you fly their airplanes. They’ll never say that, as with a few exceptions, they never reply to your emails.
There are some really nice people there, but management’s attitude overrides that.

Ahhh, forgot about that. That was never an issue in PDX fortunately, but I would be that plenty of pilots in Denver got burned by that.

Just accepted a class date, so stoked, anyone else starting soon? Anything in particular I should look over before day 1? I plan to get the CTS online stuff done before class starts. And for those wondering, the SIC contract is 1 year 10k, prorated after 6 months.

What’s your class date?

Is it possible to switch bases from where you get hired?

What happened to the 24 months & 14k contract? There are others earlier saying that was the new contract put out in August.

Not entirely sure, if there is a need at the other base it might be okay

Yeah I don’t know, my interview mentioned 1 yr 10k and the one I just signed is 1 yr 10k
