CAE Supporting Crewmember Interview Gouge?

Just started working at the NJ location about a month ago. Interview is easy. They will probably ask a little about your flying background and some questions about your decision making. Overall, they are just trying to get a feel for you to see if you will be a good person to "fly" with. They don't want bad personalities for their right seaters. You have to be very flexible because you will be working with pilots from around the world on initial training, recurrents, and checkrides. So you;ll have to be patient and willing to learn.
I finished my initial type training a few weeks ago and it was really fun. A whole lot of information for a guy coming from pistons with only 12 multi, but I worked hard and was able to pass what I needed to pass.
In the end, I wouldn't worry about the interview. Just be yourself and be interested and willing to learn and you'll be fine. They have to really not like you or see no potential in you not to hire you. If you want any more info, let me know. I'm happy to help with what I can.

I have an interview in September and I was wondering when CAE usually schedules the two week training if I was to get hired? Within the same month following the interview or will they allow me to schedule the time off for the training event a month or so after the interview since I will need some time to bid for two weeks off? Thanks.
