I haven't flown in about 6 years and I'm looking to get current and maybe back in the regional world.....Who and how should I do this....First things first. And I do have my medical complete.

If you were a previous regional pilot with type rating, they will hire you in a heartbeat. You will probably not need to do anything to prepare other than show up for class.

If you have the time, they may offer you a DEC position, but that will be fairly challenging (especially if you've never been a 121 CA before).

Flight review at a local flight school with a couple approached and some radio work would be a good start. But "valid medical? sign here to cash your bonus" as noted above.
