If you are referring to ACC, they are hiring with <500 hours. Friend of mine is in training now and got on with around 480/45, but with an strong internal rec.

true, I probably shouldn't have said "Hiring" but they did hire my one friend. Getting based in San Francisco. Other major contender was puerto rico.

Any kind of smaller company is going to be the same, they'll talk to someone a pilot here can pre-qualify. ACC require some kind of multi time, 100 or over is good with 50hrs about a minimum. Total time around 500 or better.

Any idea if Northern States still hires this late in the season and if they are 100% firm on 500TT?
