I have heard from many pilots that Aerosim is the best place to work for instructors. They are hiring again, and I am looking to see if anyone knows the pay for a first year instructor.

I recently asked a college friend about Aerosim and according to him below 400 hours of dual given, it's $18 an hour, above 400 it's $20 an hour. You get paid that rate regardless if it's briefing, ground, sim, or flight. They pay for your MEI if you sign a contract to stay for 600 hours dual given. Hopefully someone else can chime in and clarify/confirm.

I did my private, instrument and commercial multi with Aerosim. I was in Sanford for private and instrument, then went to Houston for the Commercial multi. Be careful with them if you go to the Sanford base! The people (instructors and base managers) in Houston are all good people. If the time comes, I would instruct at the Houston base. I would not go back to Sanford.
