I think you all are being pretty tough on el pilot. The guy says he's an introvert and suddenly he needs a psychiatrist. I think I can identify with him so I understand where he's coming from. As an instructor, I learned to tell my students how I do things and what I'm thinking. That way it seems less like I'm teaching and more like a conversation.
