possible return to 121
Its been a while since I posted here. I punched out of my 121 career eight years ago to fly in ag. I'm considering getting back into 121 because of the flow through for the AA WO companies giving me a path to a seat at AA. Just curious what you all think the odds are a WO would want to hire someone out of the ag industry. I have roughly 2K hours 121 SIC over 5K total and an unrestricted ATP with a couple of type ratings.

How many checkride failures do you have?
Any DUIs in the last 5 years?
If your answers aren’t “no”, “greater than 2” and “yes”, then you’ve got a decent chance that Piedmont will be interested in putting you through the application process.
