EL has been ok for me... but I'll remind everyone the following..
EL is responsible for many of the new policies and contract interpretations that have occurred over the last year..
Unlimited data on duty as long as you are part 117... hence 7 day trips.. no more 6 days with one day off.
Duty days can be unlimited... 24 hours as needed... the 14 hour duty day has been eliminated..
If you have reserve days before a trip they can keep you out for the whole trip from base... ie... 2 reserve days followed by 4 day trip.. they will combine them so you will be out of base for 5 nights and work a six day trip..
These changes has made our poor qol even poorer....
