I feel like he shouldn't be rewarded with an "early class date" at AA if you catch my drift, but also shouldn't lose his job at Piedmont. People should be allowed to learn from their mistakes, correct them, and move on. All said in done, no one was hurt but himself.

There’s hundreds before him that lost their jobs due to negligent social media posting. Moral of the story, keep your damn work life off social media unless you have an extensive review of everything you post!
