Default Rotator cuff surgery

Just had one done. Anyone have any first hand experience with how long it took them to be ready to come back to work. Doc says 3 months which seems about right but just hoping for personal experience. I’m more worried about getting my roller bag around. Anything helps. Thanks.

I would consider 3 to 4 months and do all the required PT.

I have seen guys go back early and damage the repair. You want to be able to do any required actions. Strong gusty crosswinds and emergency egress down a rope if needed. All job requirements.
