Have you had a T test? Testosterone may be the answer, but if your levels are ok it could be any number of things causing fatigue (anemia, etc). If you’re actually fat and old, it may just be a general lack of fitness coupled with age. Just eating “good chicken” won’t do the trick.

Have you had your blood sugar and A1C checked lately?

I'm under 30 and just a little bit over weight. I have to fix my diet for sure. I don't lift weights but I go for long walks and try to move my arms as I walk fast. I haven't had blood done in a while so that may also be a good place to start. What do you think

Oh no please don't say that. I would lose my 1st class forever right? My problem is I am a binge eater when I get stressed out. Eat too much at one sitting and can't stop.

Now I'm worried about my medical.

I used to use a testosterone gel, but DALs wonderful health insurance only covers that in FtM transitioning Transgender appropriate doses now. (Wish I was kidding gel was easy, and I hate needles )

So instead I jam a 22g needle 2 inches into my quad every two weeks. 1ml Testosterone Cypionate every 2 weeks.

It helps. I've neen on testosterone replacement since my 20s (the boys got nuked by chemo drugs)

No way. As long as you can control it with meds and not insulin. There are a lot of diabetic pilots. But if you’re in your 30s you’ve got time to turn it around and stay out of that category anyway.

I highly encourage you speak to your doctor and have your levels checked. It made a huge difference when my numbers got back in line to where they should be for a 40 yr old male, vs where I was.

Side effects, on injection days I get a knot at the injection site that stings for about 2-3 days. There are other options if you don't think you can poke your own legs. The gel you rub on your shoulders was not pleasant and a bad idea if there are any ladies in your household. (Last thing you want is to give your wife and daughters is testosterone unless you want to have bearded ladies in your home)
Thanks for the advice AirmanWoody. Glad to hear you are doing ok sir.

I can't stand needles either or doing an injection in any site other than me bum. I'm only paying $114.56 for a 120 day supply from MedQuest. 100mg/day.

I get great discounts for many medications with Good Rx card. Investigate it.

I'd make an appointment with your physician. There are a dozen different reasons you are feeling fatigue...Low T is probably one of the least likely given your age.

Also, Get a prostate cancer screen before trying to boost your testosterone through pharmaceuticals or supplements. Testosterone is like pouring gasoline on a fire for someone with prostate cancer or even an elevated risk of prostate cancer.

Diet and exercise work amazingly well. Good luck!!
