Default First Class Medical Question - Bulging Disc

Hi everyone! Last year a neurosurgeon detected a bulging disc on my lower back, did some treatment with him and some chiros and now I’m recovered (no surgery was required, only some injections at that moment). Is this going to be an issue and make it a difficult process to get my 1st class medical soon and moving forward?

I thing the best thing is to talk to my AME before, since I’m feeling good and the pain never affected my mobility. I never took medication for it and I don’t have any mobility problems!

Thank you!

My chiropractor told me if you stopped 100 people on the street, 85 would have some sort of herniated disc.

Looking by the AME Guide here, https://www.faa.gov/about/office_org...m43/amd/spine/ it looks like as long as it's asymptomatic you should be fine but of course you want to list your visits to the Chiro and for injections on the Medical Visits section. Might not hurt either to show up with a letter from your neuro/chiro saying you are treated, asymptomatic, and pose no risk for sudden incapacitation. And verify with AMAS and/or your AME ahead of time.
