tylenol daytime normally works for me. But if it's constant, I would go get it checked out. I am in almost the same boat as you. I have been in bed for 3 weeks and going to the doc once a week. But I dont have what you have... at least I hope you dont have what I have.
Also, it is the flu season, so be on the look out for those symptoms. Hope ya feel better soon.

Go work out. Get your heart rate up and hack it out. You'll feel horrible the rest of the day but better soon.

So do the topics have to be about the group they are in or can they be intended for that group? Most mainline guys go to the mainline forum and most regional guys go to the regional forum. Have always been mixed on what to do if I just wanted to chat with my regional brethren.

I didn't know if it was Koshur to work out around a group of healthy people lol. I hit the sauna and steam room today for a good half hour where I sweat a few pounds out then swam a half mile. Didn't have the strength to do anymore I thought I was going to drown lol. I'm going to get that Mus-D stuff and give yall an update one quickly it went from going down to bringing it all back up. The distant cousin to Moviprep!

Lots of Zinc and some Herbal Tea to help clear the sinuses.

1 tsp of salt dissolved into 2 cups of warm water. gargle with that then snort it through your nasal passages a couple of times. might burn a bit but it provides instant snot relief. Mucinex is awesome as well. Nothing like 1200mg of guaifenesin to keep the stuff liquidy. Sleep a lot, let your body rest and your immune system do its job without being overtaxed with physical exertion.

Actually, this might not be such a good idea. If you have a fever or even the common cold, your heart rate and blood pressure is in an elevated state, and while working out could even put more stress on your heart. The temporary rush of endorphins might make you feel better, but could cause things to be worse in the long run.
