Default New health care assistance

I was reading today on the plane very briefly that part of the new stimulus package was to give health care for 18 months to employees that were fired. Anyone know more on this? Might be helpful for those furloughed though I don't know if that counts as being fired.

The way i understood it is you will only pay 30% of your cobra rather then 100% which helps alot.
