Also assuming you're fairly young...I would ask the doc (or your eye doc) to verify that you correct to slightly better than 20/20 (say 20/17 or 20/15)...you probably do. That way you know you'll have a little margin as you age.

i just get my medical certificate First class by medical examiner . but in the paper i didnt find where is the issue date .where can i find or know

What day did you go? That is the date it was issued. In case you have forgotten when you went the certificate has a block, "Date of Examination."
