Default Troublesome EKG finding

Hello all, I am curious if anybody on here has ever had a ekg come back. I had a baseline ekg done for my first class in July and the FAA sent it back saying I had 30 days to do several tests. My AME told me to come in and do another ekg, which I did and it was better but I still had to do a stress test and a heart holter for 24 hours. I did this and passed the stress test with flying colors but on the holter it showed a potential problem, some type of possible block. I am in great shape, non smoker, not overweight and no history of heart issues. The cardiologist reffered me to an electrophysiologist to do some more tests to see if this is really an issue or just a benign thing. Has anybody ever had to deal with this? It is very confusing all the terms they use and I have gotten bad information from several people with opinions. The ame thinks this is all nonsense and the faa is just being extremely picky but I am very nervous as this is how I support my family. He also says worst case they may want me to have a pacemaker put in as a backup. Can I get a first class with a pacemaker? Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

let the faa know you r complying and request an extension. complete the eval and send all to the faa. Hopefully it will all work out as a pacemaker could be problematic. ekg's r frequently abnormal and require f/u as you have described.

AV block or bundle branch block? Or both?

Send me a pm if you don't want to disclose on a public forum.

Thanks for the response. I'm not sure actually what type of block it was, however, it was explained to me that I do not have an unhealthy heart but a 'electrical issue' if that makes any sense. Apparently on the holter I had a few abnormal electrical heart beats. I have an appointment on monday with the elerctricphysiologist. I will post the results so anybody that has to go this route will be able to familiarize themselves. Wish me luck, I'm pretty nervous.
