The new FAA guidelines are out. If you're a Male, BMI greater than 35 and have a neck size greater than 16 you will be looked at very closely now. If you want to look at a nutritional system to knock off a few pounds and get your numbers down please PM me. I've lost 20 pounds this past year on it and it's very convenient to travel with. Just here to help and support. I know it's easy to just say stop eating the junk and exercise more and there is a way to add some better nutrition too without breaking the bank on expensive airport food.
Great. But what if you are athletic and don't want to lose weight.. BMI is crap! FWI. In 5'8". 190lbs. 17 inch neck, 34 inch waist and 10% body fat...
