Geez Wah. Easy on the new guy. At least when he posted in the UAL/CAL merger, he got people trying to be helpful!
OP, look up the closest docs in the FAA database and then call them and ask who their clients fly for and how much they charge. You can then judge based off your knowledge of those companies/flight departments. YMMV.
Or...want some in person advice? I'd go to any of the FBOs at Lindbergh and just hang out until you see some pilots and strike up some conversation.
