No need to be bitter. Do your work, cooperate and graduate. Nobody is perfect and we all need something to do to pass the time in life.

I'm not bitter at all. Someone asked about the training department and I gave a thoughtfully written honest gouge on what's going on in Dayton. I have passed everything without any issues whatsoever. However, what I had observed of how some my fellow pilot candidates were being treated was atrocious. Some of these guys were highly experienced aviators who know how to "cooperate and graduate". The abysmal hazing was unwarranted. I would give specifics on who, what and where, but as a pro myself I won't. So if you don't like what I have to say maybe you should mind your own.

If you've seen "hazing", then a professional should report it to appropriate leadership. The instructors are not perfect. There is a shortage there as well.

I saw some "professional aviators" who didn't know flows and callouts after ten weeks. One apparently didn't know how a thrust lever worked.

Sorry, but no mercy from me on this kind of thing. My family rides on the planes.

PSA training sounds just as unprofessional as Mesa's.

It's not bad training. It's 121 training. You're being paid to train. Read what you're supposed to read, practice what you're supposed to practice, and you'll be fine! It's all on a cute little iPad for you. The coffee is 25 cents, but don't let that stop you. Read, read, read, study, study, study! You can achieve your dreams!

No safe spaces or cry closets (that I'm aware).

Second this, you will have a bonus and a crew outfitters by the time you get to CVG wait until then. It is nice to check the stuff out before you buy it. I have not heard complaints about any of the brands commonly used by flight crews.
