don’t think so. In everyone’s best interest to accept and bid March and wait and see

The junior folks can expect to get January. That’s a little more complicated

Is there anything new to report regarding how many furloughed pilots got called back or when guys/gals with CJOs may be called in for training?

cjo - not soon, maybe never. Unlikely that the Regionals will want the sorts of candidates they could pull a year ago when they can now have their pick of type rated guys

Quite a few pilots passed over the recall. I did a count when they sent out the recall sheets with the names but I don’t remember the number off the top of my head. It was somewhere around 100 pilots passed it over. And I believe 8 trainees passed. So of the original 723 furloughed that number was reduced a bit. I can check the numbers later but I was surprised that many people accepted the recall. I’m willing to bet a few accepted to get the extra paychecks and just resign when the training date comes. Who knows
